This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate and client management side of recruitment, taking ownership of vacancies from brief through to offer stage, without the pressure of generating new business.
Working on predominantly mid to senior-level sales opportunities, you'll partner closely with clients and candidates, ensuring each recruitment process is managed professionally, efficiently and with complete control throughout. You'll take full ownership of the recruitment process once a vacancy has been secured, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while managing expectations and driving successful outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys influencing decisions, maintaining momentum throughout the hiring journey and ensuring every placement delivers the right result for both client and candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist sales roles.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements, culture and hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment processes from qualification through to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews and obtain detailed feedback from both clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage and influence hiring processes to ensure efficient decision-making and successful outcomes.
- Keep CRM records updated and maintain accurate candidate information.
- Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience at every stage.
About You:
- Experienced within recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
- Comfortable sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple live assignments simultaneously.
- Commercially aware and motivated by results.
- Resilient, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
