We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Officer to join a well-known Public Sector Organisation at their head office close to the Merseyside area on a permanent, full-time basis. Working in a HR team that consists of four people, you will be expected to support with all senior HR duties that include:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employment relations
- Training alongside policies and procedures
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting into the Head Of Human Resources and supporting with all HR functions and responsibilities
- Holding responsibility for the maintenance of HR systems
- Ensuring there is an accurate and timely production of all HR information
- Offering advice and guidance to line managers in the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring welfare, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management and absence management are all managed to a quality and consistent standard throughout the business
Requirements:
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 or above qualification or be qualified by experience
- Significant experience working in a busy HR department
- Knowledge of employment law
- Desirable for the right candidate to have an understanding of Safeguarding and Health & Safety alongside a Level 4 or 5 qualification in Housing
