Aspire Recruitment are seeking a reliable and professional Feminine Hygiene Service Operative to support hygiene services across client sites.

This is a driving role, involving travel between multiple locations using a company vehicle.

The role includes the safe removal of waste bags, cleaning and re-lining feminine hygiene units, and maintaining high standards of hygiene within female washroom facilities.

This is a full-service role, not a unit-swap position.

Key Responsibilities Service feminine hygiene bins within female washrooms across multiple client sites.

Remove waste liners safely, seal bags correctly, and transport them to designated disposal areas.

Clean both the internal and external surfaces of each unit before fitting a new liner.

Use appropriate PPE at all times and follow all hygiene, manual handling, and safety procedures.

Remain vigilant for incorrectly disposed sharps or hazardous items and follow the correct reporting process.

Travel between sites using a company vehicle (own vehicle not required).

Maintain a discreet, respectful, and professional presence within female facilities.

Complete simple service records to confirm collections, cleaning, and replacements.

Report access issues, damaged units, or service concerns promptly.

Candidate Requirements Full, clean UK driving licence.

Comfortable working independently and following a structured daily route.

Professional and respectful approach when working within private washroom facilities.

Physically capable of carrying out waste removal, cleaning, and manual handling tasks safely.

Reliable and punctual, able to meet the early start time of 6:45am.

Strong customer service skills when interacting with staff, students, visitors, and facilities teams.

Good time management and ability to follow schedules accurately.

Willingness to progress to a permanent role following successful probation.
