We are currently recruiting for a highly organised Exam Officer to join a well‐established and reputable training organisation. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant and accurate delivery of all examination and certification processes across multiple awarding bodies.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver invigilation training and ensure full compliance with awarding body requirements
- Invigilate both online and paper‐based examinations as required
- Plan, organise and book examinations, clearly communicating schedules and venue details to tutors and learners
- Maintain accurate student examination records and support audit‐compliant ILR submissions
- Ensure certifications are completed accurately and on time across a range of programmes
- Use EDI and other digital systems to improve accuracy, efficiency and cost‐effectiveness
- Maintain secure archives of examination results and provide official confirmation when requested
- Process and verify awarding body invoices, supporting the finance team with accurate spending forecasts
- Support enrolment activities for new apprenticeship intakes during induction periods
- Provide cover for colleagues during periods of leave or absence
- A strong general education, including a minimum Level 2 IT qualification
- Proven experience managing the full end‐to‐end examination process, including system security and integrity
- Experience working with awarding bodies and meeting their regulatory requirements
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple time‐critical tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using HR and finance systems
- Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to build positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Experience handling confidential information in line with GDPR requirements
- A commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding responsibilities
