We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Support Advisor, to be based at one of the client’s biggest offices on the outskirts of the Liverpool city centre area. This is a fantastic role working with a well-known, nationwide insurance broker. In this role, you will be required to oversee the full customer journey: firstly, providing customer service, renewal and administrative support then connecting to the customers insurance needs (phone, in person, post, e-mails, website enquiries) and then provide support to the Fleet Sales Managers to ensure the company and FCA rules & guidelines are followed whilst also providing the best customer journey possible.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Always providing an excellent level of customer service, mainly in the assisting of insurance related queries and administrative policies.
- Offering insurance support across the full range of insurance products that are provided by the company in connection with customer requirements and then their needs for adjustments, renewals and claims.
- Providing a friendly and efficient service, notifying customers of all relevant information complying with FCA and company requirements.
- Planning and processing all administration jobs to efficiently control yours and your own teammates workloads.
- Adhere to both company and FCA guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
- At least 2 year’s experience in an insurance support or focused role, desirably dealing with both commercial insurance and automotive insurance.
- Have experience working towards KPI and target related expectations.
- Ideally had an exposure to working towards FCA regulations and guidelines.
