We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client's head office / HQ in the North Liverpool as a Head Of Governance. Our client is a well-known property and housing company and the main responsibility will be to lead governance excellence, ensuring that there's a key focus on robust assurance, regulatory compliance and effective board decision making.
As the Head Of Governance, you'll do the following:
- Shape the governance framework
- Influence board and committee effectiveness
- Ensure regulatory compliance and assurance
- Drive a culture of integrity, transparency and accountability
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Provide high quality, strategic governance advice
- Lead and continuously enhance governance frameworks
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory and legal requirements
- Oversee the effective operation of Board and Committee structures

Requirements:
- Have experience and examples of being a credible, pragmatic governance leader with experience operating in a regulated housing environment
