Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Support Advisor, to be based at one of the clients biggest offices on the outskirts of the Liverpool city centre area.
This is a fantastic role working with a well-known, nationwide insurance broker.
In this role, you will be required to oversee the full customer journey: firstly, providing customer service, renewal and administrative support then connecting to the customers insurance needs (phone, in person, post, e-mails, website enquiries) and then provide support to the Fleet Sales Managers to ensure the company and FCA rules
