ICT/Cyber Tutor/Coach\\n Across Greater Manchester\\n Up to £40,000 per annum\\n Full-time – Permanent \\n Job Description:\\n We're looking for an experienced and passionate ICT/Cyber Tutor to deliver high-quality training across Level 3 and Level 4 IT apprenticeships and adult skills programmes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT and cybersecurity knowledge who wants to support the next generation of professionals and help learners achieve their full potential.\\n The role involves:\\n\\nDelivering and assessing Level 3 and 4 IT apprenticeships and Cyber Adult Skills Fund courses\\nDesigning engaging, digital-first curriculum tailored to a wide range of learners\\nSupporting learners through classroom and online delivery methods\\nProviding structured feedback and setting meaningful learning targets\\nWorking closely with employers and learners to monitor progress and outcomes\\nParticipating in events such as taster sessions, open evenings, and employer engagement activities\\nManaging a caseload of learners and clients to support retention and secure new learner pipelines\\nIdentifying and addressing additional learner needs and safeguarding concernsYou’ll need to:\\n\\nHave at least 3–4 years’ hands-on IT industry experience\\nBe confident coaching and motivating others, with excellent communication skills\\nHave strong digital skills and the ability to create engaging, online learning materials\\nBe able to plan and manage your workload effectively\\nBe based within reasonable travel distance to ManchesterEssential requirements:\\n\\nMinimum Level 5 qualification in IT\\nStrong analytical, organisational and time management skills\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\\nA recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) is desirable\\n Due to the nature of this role, you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.\\n \\n If this sounds like the perfect role for you then please submit your CV.\\n \\n This vacancy is being handled by Aspire Recruitment.
