Hourly Rate: £13.45ph
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Lunch Break: 30 minutes unpaid lunch break

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Housekeeper to join our team for an initial 4-week period. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across communal areas and supporting end-of-tenancy property turnaround cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard.
- Cleaning corridors, hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities.
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms, and associated amenities.
- Completing end-of-tenancy cleaning and property turnaround tasks.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables as required.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or damages.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities experience preferred.
- Experience working within residential property, student accommodation, hotels, serviced apartments, care settings, commercial buildings, or similar environments would be highly advantageous.
- Experience carrying out end-of-tenancy or deep-cleaning duties is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
- Ability to undertake physical cleaning duties and be on your feet for extended periods.
Contract Details
- Temporary assignment for an initial 4 weeks - could be extended.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- 40 hours per week.
- Potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
