Responsibilities:
- Monthly submission of funding data
- Data management for bootcamp and apprenticeship programs
- Headhunting and recruitment of suitable candidates
- Manage Individual Learner Record (ILR) and ensure accurate loading onto ILR systems
- Monitor and ensure compliance with funding and apprenticeship guidelines
- Ensure adherence to bootcamp rules and regulations
- Use data sheets and systems to track and report funding and compliance information
Essential Skills:
- Must have experience working in Further Education and using ILR (Individual Learner Record)
- Strong experience in data management and funding processes
