We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented ILR Funding Administrator to join our client's team. As part of a leading training provider in Liverpool, you will be responsible for managing and submitting funding data, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship and bootcamp rules, and supporting learners through accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly submission of funding data
- Data management for bootcamp and apprenticeship programs
- Headhunting and recruitment of suitable candidates
- Manage Individual Learner Record (ILR) and ensure accurate loading onto IRL systems
- Monitor and ensure compliance with funding and apprenticeship guidelines
- Ensure adherence to bootcamp rules and regulations
- Use data sheets and systems to track and report funding and compliance information
