We re working on behalf of a well-established organisation to recruit an Estates Administrator to support a busy property and facilities team on a 6-month maternity cover contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong administration experience and is used to working in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

You may have worked within property, estates, finance, legal, medical, facilities or another regulated/compliance-led setting where accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.

The role will be mostly remote after the initial onboarding period, although you will need to be able to attend the Manchester city centre office when required.

You ll be supporting the Estates Team with the day-to-day administration of a large UK property portfolio, helping to keep records accurate, deadlines monitored and key activity moving forward.
