We're looking for an experienced and motivated Employer Relationship Manager to work with businesses across Greater Manchester, helping them fill vacancies while creating meaningful employment opportunities for young people.
This role forms part of the Government's Youth Guarantee programme, providing fully funded, six-month paid jobs for young people aged 18-21 who have been unemployed for an extended period.
You'll play a key role in building employer partnerships, generating vacancies and supporting young people into sustainable employment.

What You'll Be Doing Developing relationships with employers across Greater Manchester to generate new vacancies and opportunities.
Identifying prospective employers through networking, business development activity, events and referrals.
Understanding employer recruitment needs and promoting relevant employment and training solutions.
Managing vacancies from initial engagement through to successful placement.
Working closely with delivery teams to match suitable candidates to opportunities.
Supporting employers throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Building long-term relationships that generate repeat opportunities and referrals.
Using labour market intelligence to identify growth sectors and emerging opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records and achieving agreed performance targets.
What We're Looking For Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or employer engagement.
A proven track record of developing relationships and generating opportunities in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
Confidence dealing with employers and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
Good IT skills and experience of using CRM or management information systems.
A genuine passion for helping people into employment.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
