The predicted salary is between 19800 - 26400 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Customer Service Tutor to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality training in customer service. You will design and deliver inclusive and engaging sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of learners from a wide range of backgrounds. Your focus will be to equip individuals with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to progress into employment or further training.
Duties:
- Deliver accredited Customer Service qualifications to groups and individuals.
- Prepare session plans, learning materials, and schemes of work in line with awarding body requirements.
- Conduct initial assessments and tailor learning plans to meet individual learner needs.
- Monitor and track learner progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback.
- Motivate and support learners to achieve their goals and move into sustainable employment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Liaise with internal teams and employers to support learner progression pathways.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS, or Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training).
- Experience in delivering customer service and/or employability training.
- Occupational experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and group facilitation abilities.
- English and Maths GCSEs (or equivalent).
- IT literate and confident using digital learning platforms.
Desirable:
- Assessing qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent).
- Experience working with adult learners or those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
