Altrincham – great commuting distance from Sale / Hale / Trafford /Wythenshawe.
£24,000 per annum
Fully Office Based – no Hybrid
Hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break. (35 hour working week).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service and Orders Administrator to join this successful manufacturing company.
As a key point of contact for customers, you’ll build strong relationships, provide timely support, and ensure orders and deliveries are coordinated with care and precision. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and contribute directly to the success of the sales and logistics process. You can also earn bonus each month linked to performance.
You’ll be handling a range of duties including:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Processing and managing customer orders using ERP systems.
- Liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Issuing invoices and resolving queries related to accounts or product delivery.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs.
- Managing complaints thoughtfully and professionally.
- Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed.
