Customer Care Coordinator
£26,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience
Full Time Hours – 8.30am to 4.45pm with a 45 min lunch break – 37 hour week
Fully office based with hybrid after probation
Bury Location – free parking on site

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately from start to finish
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met
  • Providing product information and support
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
