Collections Agent\\n Manchester \\n Office hours 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday \\n £13.84 per hour \\n 6 month contract\\n \\n Collections Agent wanted in Manchester for a social enterprise, not for profit group.\\n As a Collections Agent you will part of a small close knit group working with a supportive Collections team.\\n To be a Collections Agent, you will know a thing or two about income and expenditure, and managing a busy inbox\\n This person will be responding to emails and taking calls from loan customers that have fell behind with their agreed monthly payments and responding to clients that need a settlement figure.\\n Previous experience in Collections, Sales Ledger or B2B Customer Service would be an advantage.\\n You will be organised and have the ability to get things done.
