We are currently recruiting for an engaging Careers Advisor who will provide and deliver impartial advice and guidance to learners and job seekers across the region to help them to access training and personal development opportunities. You will support learners both personally and professionally throughout their journey and you will develop high quality referrals through networking and building of strong relationships. You will maintain regular contact with learners throughout and you will track their post-programme destinations or offer further learning opportunities when required.
We are seeking applicants with a minimum Level 4 IAG qualification and you will have a proven track record in inspiring learners through impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance. Due to the nature of this role, you will be a vehicle driver and you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
