Are you an organised people person who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly, supportive company on a 9-month fixed-term contract. What you'll be doing:

  • Speaking with members, suppliers and clients to coordinate services and answer queries.
  • Building strong relationships over the phone and providing first-class customer service.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Managing spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the smooth running of the customer function.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business.

  • Confident on the phone and happy speaking with people throughout the day.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team.

The office is not within walking distance of the tram network, so applicants should be able to travel reliably by car or bus. This role is on a contract basis for 9 months but could lead to a permanent role for the right person.
