About Us: We are Aspire People, working in partnership with local schools in Hinckley to support children with special educational needs (SEN). Our mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team starting September 2026. You will work with a range of SEN-aged children, providing hands-on support to help them engage in learning and develop essential skills. This role is ideal for graduates eager to gain practical experience while making a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Support children with SEN in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Observe, monitor, and report on children's progress and needs.
- Encourage positive behavior and active participation in learning.
Requirements:
