We are recruiting Behaviour Support Mentors to work in mainstream secondary schools supporting pupils with SEMH needs, emotional dysregulation, and challenging behaviour. You will work in:
- Inclusion units
- Isolation rooms
- Reintegration programmes
- On-call behaviour support
This role suits people who:
- Stay calm under pressure
- Can hold boundaries without confrontation
- Are comfortable supporting pupils who test limits
Backgrounds we welcome:
- SEMH support
- PRU or AP experience

- Military or sports coaching (with school experience)
