The Role
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
- Promote positive learning experiences and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and general support throughout the school day
About You
- Passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing
- Confident, reliable, and adaptable to different school settings
- Experienced working with primary-aged pupils (school-based or similar experience preferred)
- Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
