The Role

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
  • Promote positive learning experiences and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment
  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and general support throughout the school day

About You

  • Passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing
  • Confident, reliable, and adaptable to different school settings
  • Experienced working with primary-aged pupils (school-based or similar experience preferred)
  • Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
