Aspire People are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work within primary schools, supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs. Your degree can provide a strong foundation for working in education, giving you an understanding of child development, behaviour, communication, emotional wellbeing, and how individual needs can affect learning. The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Helping children develop emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Delivering interventions and learning activities
- Building positive relationships with pupils
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience
