You will have a dedicated consultant, Ann-Marie, who has worked for Aspire People for 19 years, meaning she has great relationships with all of our lovely, local schools. She is able to match your needs and strengths to vacancies that are coming through to us, finding you a role suited to your individual circumstances.

Skills and experience required for our Teaching Assistant jobs:
- Level 2 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one to one basis
- Experience of MAKATON is preferable but not essential
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Recent primary school experience
