Aspire People are recruiting confident Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors for schools across the region. Long-term and flexible day-to-day roles available.
The Role- Deliver pre-set lessons (including through the medium of Welsh)
- Manage behaviour and keep pupils on task
- Support pupils with ALN/SEMH needs
- Follow school behaviour policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Welsh-speaking (essential or highly desirable)
