We are currently seeking experienced Attendance Officers to work within a range of schools across Telford, including primary, secondary, and SEN settings. Schools are looking for reliable and proactive candidates who are confident managing attendance processes, handling sensitive information, and supporting safeguarding procedures within busy education environments. Main Duties
- Recording and monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
- Carrying out first day absence calls and following up attendance concerns
- Updating and maintaining attendance data using ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM

- Supporting safeguarding and welfare procedures linked to attendance
