The role
- Partner with biotech and TechBio companies to deliver specialist recruitment solutions
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in your market
- Work closely with founders, scientific leaders, and hiring teams to scale high-impact teams
- Develop deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning and emerging tech trends
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets
- Support from a dedicated sales support team who will look after admin tasks, enabling you to focus on building strong relationships and deliver quality campaigns.
