Our client is a well-established freight forwarding business operating internationally, with a strong presence across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their European road freight team. The role is based at a modern logistics park office, and due to limited public transport access, candidates must be able to drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound enquiries for European groupage services
  • Preparing and managing quotations and bookings
  • Supporting the wider sales team with pricing and customer queries
  • Liaising with customers, overseas partners, suppliers, and internal operations teams

Essential Requirements

  • Solid understanding of European road freight operations
  • Ability to manually calculate costs and charges
  • Knowledge of taxable kilos
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

Desirable

  • Previous experience within a freight forwarding or logistics environment

Package

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Competitive holiday allowance and pension scheme
  • Bonus scheme
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
