Role Overview
Our client, a well-established independent electrical wholesaler with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Sidcup.
This is a permanent, office-based opportunity offering the chance to develop within a growing business and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Support sales growth through excellent customer service and account management
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers when required
- Promote the company’s products and services to maximise sales opportunities
- Accurately update and maintain customer information using the internal CRM system (full training provided)
- Support a range of customers across commercial and public sector environments
Essential Requirements
- Previous customer service or customer relationship experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable and professional approach
- Good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively

- Previous sales experience, particularly within electrical wholesale or a related industry
