Are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their dynamic team as a Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career, with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to help drive sales processes. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining sales records * Handling customer inquiries via phone and email. * Updating and maintaining the customer database * Supporting the sales team Training Provided: * Sales Systems & CRM Software * In-depth training on products/services to help you confidently respond to customer inquiries. * Customer Service * Sales Processes & Administration Requirements: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow * Ability to work well within a team environment * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) * No previous experience required – just a strong desire to build a career Due to high levels of applications, Aspire Recruitment will only be able to contact candidates who are short-listed for the role.
