The Role
Our client is looking for two Conveyancing Assistants with at least six months’ residential conveyancing experience to join their property team.
You will work alongside experienced fee earners, supporting residential property transactions and helping to ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions.
- Opening and closing files and completing compliance checks.
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
- Ordering searches and handling Land Registry documentation.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage lenders.
- Providing clients with regular progress updates.
- Maintaining accurate files and helping to progress matters efficiently.
- Providing general administrative support to the property team.

- At least six months’ residential conveyancing experience.
- A good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Confident when communicating with clients and third parties.
