Aspire Recruitment Consultants Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bexley-based estate agency for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
  • Weekdays: 8:45am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key duties include:

  • Registering applicants and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales & lettings
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Updating CRM systems and property portals

About you:

  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Estate agency experience preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence advantageous
