Aspire Recruitment Consultants Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bexley-based estate agency for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
Working hours:
- Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
- Weekdays: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key duties include:
- Registering applicants and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales & lettings
- Building strong client relationships
- Updating CRM systems and property portals
About you:
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Estate agency experience preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
What’s on offer:
