Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their fast-growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business through networking, cold outreach, and attendance at industry events
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met

Essential Requirements:
