The Assistant Team Leader supports the Team Leader and manages the CRA\’s workflow to facilitate effective job delivery for national clients. The position requires strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, prioritisation, problem-solving skills, independence, and the capability to work under pressure. Key Functions: * Managing the CRA team workflow * Assist with coaching the CRA team * Internal call and email handling resulting in the best outcome for clients * National account dashboard management on our bespoke system * 2nd line complaint management * Building positive relationships with clients * Aim to place all client jobs Skill Sets: * Positive, outgoing personality with can do attitude * Defuse and be persuasive when faced with difficult people or situations * Problem solver, and the ability to follow through until issues are resolved * High attention to detail and methodical approach * Ability to prioritise and change priorities at short notice * Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Due to the high number of applications, Aspire Recruitment can only contact short-listed candidates for the role.
