Personal Assistant Temporary Full-time 35 hours Salary: £15.02/hour We are looking for a temporary personal assistant who could start immediately for a one month assignment in the first instance. Its an all-encompassing role in a fast pace environment with constant change and plenty of variety. Essential attributes we are looking for are: Personal assistant who has supported a senior leader with at least 12 months experience, preferably in a higher education setting Extensive complex diary management across different time zones. Experience of arranging events and supporting recruitment projects Conversant with Microsoft 365 especially, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Power Automate would be a bonus Capable of processing a high volume of email requests across multiple shared mailboxes Results and detail orientated plus a team player with a can do attitude Able to work at pace and context switch when handling a high workload whilst maintaining accuracy Maintain confidentiality at all times Professional, flexible, calm and presentable.
