Job Opportunity: Group Delivery/Trainer – CFO Evolution Programme Location: HMP Moorland, Doncaster Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to £27,500 per annum The Growth Company\’s Justice Services is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Group Delivery/Trainer within our Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme . This role is pivotal in providing advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support to participants through regular one-on-one meetings and group interventions. Our mission is to help hard-to-reach individuals prepare for engagement with core prison services and their eventual release. Key Responsibilities: Resettlement Support: Provide continuous support to participants to aid their reintegration. Engagement and Case Management: Manage and engage participants on the CFO Evolution Wing. Group Sessions: Deliver high-quality, engaging group sessions to encourage attendance and completion of activities. Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor participants\’ progress to ensure high attendance, achievement rates, and progression.
