This role also involves assisting those on long-term sick leave to successfully return to the workplace. Duties: Manage a caseload of clients with diverse challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps. Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each clients barriers, previous experiences, skills, and training needs. Develop and agree on SMART action plans with clients, regularly reviewing their progress and addressing any new challenges to help them become work-ready. Engage with employers to identify and promote suitable employment opportunities for clients.
