I'm currently working with a growing construction recruitment business looking to add an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to their team. This is a genuinely warm desk with live roles, existing client relationships and immediate billing potential from day one. The business specialises across construction and infrastructure and already has strong relationships in place with major contractors across the UK.

What’s on offer:

  • Warm blue collar construction desk
  • Up to 30% uncapped commission
  • 1 day working from home after probation
  • Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday-Thursday
  • 3:30pm finish every Friday
  • Existing PSLs and live vacancies to work from immediately
  • Supportive management team and clear progression opportunities

They’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience within blue collar construction/trades & labour recruitment
  • Strong candidate management skills
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live vacancies
  • Confidence building relationships with both candidates and clients
  • A motivated, money-driven mentality
