- Recruit software engineers and tech professionals across a defined market
- Build long-term relationships with developers and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, client management

About You
- 1–5+ years’ experience in recruitment (tech preferred, but not essential)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
