What You ll Be Doing The business is set up to allow consultants to focus on what they do best - recruiting. Dedicated support handles compliance, advertising, CV formatting and administration, while you ll also work closely with an in-branch resourcer to ensure a strong flow of suitable candidates for your live roles. This allows you to focus on building relationships, filling vacancies and maximising your earning potential. You ll have flexibility around how you develop and manage your desk, working across a mix of temporary, permanent and contract recruitment.
