Job Description: Senior Contract Recruiter – Build a Global Data Centre Practice

I’m currently partnering with a high-growth, cloud & digital specialist entering its next major expansion phase.

They are building Project DCNX – a global Data Centre contract talent practice designed to sit at the centre of the $3 trillion infrastructure supercycle driven by AI, hyperscalers, and sovereign digital investment.

This isn’t a backfill. This isn’t incremental growth. This is a brand build.

  • Role: Senior Contract Recruiter / Senior Consultant
  • Focus: Global Data Centre ecosystem (Infrastructure, Hardware, Cloud, AI, Security)
  • Location: London/Hybrid (with international travel & future relocation opportunities)
  • Growth Plan: 8 strategic hires across 2026–2027

You’ll be:

  • Delivering end-to-end contract recruitment into large-scale infrastructure programmes
  • Working directly with founders and senior leadership
  • Building long-term global client partnerships
  • Playing a key role in shaping new geographies and vertical markets
  • Mentoring as the team scales

This business already has global frameworks in place – the foundations are built.

Now they’re scaling specialists into a market set to double in capacity by 2030.

  • Commission Structure (Contract Focus):
