We are partnering with a leading Finance & HR specialist recruitment agency based in Hertfordshire. The business has secured multiple global, retained partnerships, resulting in a significant and sustained pipeline of high-value roles across the UK, EMEA, and North America.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused position, working closely with senior stakeholders to source and place high‑calibre candidates across Finance and HR markets. You will play a key role in managing retained assignments and ensuring successful delivery on global mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on retained search assignments across Finance and HR markets
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates
- Manage candidate processes from initial outreach through to placement
- Collaborate with internal consultants and account managers
- Build strong talent pipelines across international markets

- £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
