Location: Berkhamsted (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 basic + £60,000+ OTE potential

About the Company

Our client is a well-established Life Science recruitment business partnering with small to medium-sized pharma companies around the world. With a strong client base and global hiring reach, they work with businesses typically ranging from 500 to 1,000 employees - and some larger enterprise accounts too.

The Role

This is a pure account management role - perfect for an experienced recruiter who enjoys client relationships and wants to move away from the full 360 model.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key Life Science and Pharma clients
  • Briefing and handing vacancies to the internal recruitment/delivery team
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services within current accounts
  • Attending client meetings (including international travel where required)
