My client is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the Construction sector, with dedicated desks across Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, and White Collar recruitment. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality talent solutions to a diverse client base across the UK. With a dynamic and collaborative team culture, they are looking for driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding business across their London, Liverpool, and Ipswich offices.

The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within your chosen vertical. From developing strong client relationships to sourcing and placing top-tier candidates, you will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain new client relationships across Construction, Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, and White Collar markets, building long-term partnerships.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
