Working closely with a growing, international recruitment business operating across highly regulated, technical markets, we're looking to introduce a Sales Support & Marketing Executive to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants exposure across both operations and marketing within a recruitment environment, supporting consultants while also contributing to brand growth and candidate attraction.

The Role

You'll work alongside an experienced Sales Support function, playing a key role in keeping the recruitment process running smoothly while enhancing the business's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support / Operations
    • Formatting and standardising CVs for client submission
    • Managing and updating candidate records and database entries
    • Supporting onboarding and compliance processes for placements
    • Assisting consultants with day-to-day admin and database tasks
    • Maintaining live job postings and ensuring data accuracy
    • Supporting database cleansing and system upkeep
  • Marketing & Content
    • Creating and posting job adverts across LinkedIn and job boards
    • Supporting social media activity and brand visibility
    • Assisting with content creation to attract candidates and clients
    • Monitoring engagement and suggesting improvements
  • AI & Process Improvement
    • Utilising AI tools to enhance job adverts, outreach, and content
    • Identifying ways to improve efficiency across recruitment processes
    • Supporting the integration of AI into daily workflows
    • Suggesting innovative, tech-led improvements to systems and processes

  • Office-based in Loughton
  • Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays
