We are working with an established, globally backed tech recruitment business hiring a Sales Director to build and lead a contract division in London. This is a genuine build and scale opportunity — not inheriting a finished team. You’ll be given the platform, investment, and backing to grow a 9-head contract team predicted to deliver £2.5M NFI by 2026.
What’s on offer:
- Up to £75k basic
- 1% override on team performance
- 7% on everything over budget
- Personal billing commission on top (up to 40%)
