With a dynamic and collaborative team, we are looking for a driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business.
The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the IT and Tech sectors, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. From building and maintaining strong client relationships to sourcing and placing top-tier talent, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our company and the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain new client relationships within the IT and Tech markets, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high-caliber IT and Tech professionals through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and your network.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions, managing the entire recruitment process from initial brief to placement.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage salary negotiations and client-candidate expectations to ensure successful placements.
- Candidate & Client Management: Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
