We are working with an established, globally backed tech recruitment business hiring a Sales Director to build and lead a contract division in London. This is a genuine build + scale opportunity not inheriting a finished team. You will be given the platform, investment, and backing to grow a 9-head contract team predicted to deliver 2.5M NFI by 2026.

What’s on offer:

  • Up to 75k basic
  • 1% override on team performance
  • 7% on everything over budget
  • Personal billing commission on top (up to 40%)
  • 3 days per week in a central London office
