We’re partnering with an established international recruitment business to hire a Compliance Manager to lead governance, manage audits, support tenders, and oversee contracts across highly regulated global markets. A key role with strong visibility and impact.
This is a pivotal, business‑critical role sitting at the heart of operations. You will take ownership of compliance across the business, while also supporting key functions including tenders, contracts, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditations
- Oversee MLC compliance, REC standards, and audits
- Act as main contact for compliance reviews and regulatory matters
- Manage full lifecycle of client and supplier contracts
- Draft, review, and support contract negotiations
- Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
- Support tender submissions end‑to‑end, coordinating stakeholders
- Compile and manage compliance documentation for bids
- Manage insurance renewals, broker relationships, and claims
