Trainee Recruiter – Construction Recruitment Southampton (Office-based, 5 days per week) £26,000 basic uncapped commission I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established recruitment business operating across blue and white-collar construction roles nationwide . This is a genuine entry-level opportunity for someone who’s hungry, switched on, and motivated by earning money and building a long-term career in recruitment. What you’ll be doing Learning the full recruitment lifecycle (resourcing, screening, client support) Working roles across the entire UK Speaking with candidates and clients daily Supporting experienced consultants and progressing towards a 360 role Developing strong commercial and sales skills What they’re looking for No recruitment experience required Sales experience is highly desirable (any background considered) Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Money-motivated , competitive, and driven Sharp, quick to learn, and resilient Happy working full-time from the Southampton office What’s on offer £26,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure Full training and development Clear progression into a full recruiter / consultant role
